Job Title: Claims Handler

Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a caseload of Public Liability & Property Damage claims.
- Maintain accurate data in the case management system.
- Comply with client service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure high-quality service standards and productivity levels.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader

Essential Skills and Attributes:
- 6 months relevant experience or law degree (or equivalent).
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to manage workload independently and as part of a team.
