Role overview:

As a Graduate Change Management Consultant, you will dive into the world of change management by learning how to help people make the most of their technology through effective change management, communications and training. You will have the opportunity to learn effective change management methodologies such as ADKAR and how to create outstanding change and adoption plans to launch creative communication campaigns. You will learn how to effectively conduct training sessions, in-person communications and much more! This position will be located in Manchester.

Responsibilities:

  • Help people make the most of their technology through effective change management, communications and training
  • Create amazing Change and adoption plans and d esign and launch creative communication campaigns
  • Create amazing assets for the adoption of new technology through the use of your technical skills
  • Conduct effective training sessions and in-person communications
  • Learn effective change Management methodologies such as ADKARand the ins and outs of Microsoft 365

About the candidate:

  • A minimumBachelor'sdegree (2.1 or above) is required in Marketing, Design, Journalism, or in a Creative/Business-related field
  • You are a passionatepeople person, and you know what makes people tick.
  • You are a super creative individual and often think out of the box
  • Have the ability to write clear communication, dazzling presentations and exciting campaigns and comfortable presenting these
  • Prior work experience is beneficial in the form of a placement year or internship
