They are now looking to recruit a permanent IT specialist as soon as possible to join their highly trained team and to work in an unbelievable office environment. The job you will do:
First line support for internal and external clients
Identifying faults and solutions
Technical support/guidance for internal desktop users
Setting up new devices on the network
New user set up (applications / PCs)
Working with external third parties suppliers such as Tech companies who support the business.
Some involvement in IT infrastructure projects
Daily file uploads to the Motor Insurance Database
Support of external clients and systems
About you:
Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook Email
Experience of setting up a PC with operating system and connecting to the network
Experience of IT functionality such as servers, active directory, printers/PCs would be a benefit.
Ideally you will hold a relevant IT Qualification
Some knowledge of standard back-up procedures
