7.30-5PM - 5 DAYS IN, City Location.
Excellent opportunity for an ambitious PA/EA, with 1:1 experience gained from fast paced, professional service companies.
The role is to provide business and personal support to the CEO, 50/50 split, combining traditional support, ever changing diaries, international travel to liaising with household staff, some office management as well as adhoc support to the Dealer Team.
Lots of exciting changes and seeking a PA/EA with drive who will embrace the role with passion, be excited about what lies ahead for the business.
A broad role requiring a flexible approach, someone confident in their ability, lots of enthusiasm and who is able to build a strong rapport with an extremely busy boss.
Personality is key! Confident, unflappable - gsoh, broad shoulders.
Clear experience of supporting on a 1:1 basis is essential, perhaps to an MD or Managing Partner, a background in a smaller company where you have had to turn your hand to a bit of everything.
A confident personality, warm, smiley, charming. Forward thinking.
Strong IT skills/tech savvy - an ambassador for the company, a right hand person.
Hours 7.30am - 5pm, 5 days in, with some flex to WFH if the CEO is travelling.
