About the role:
We are looking to recruit a permanent, full-time Graduate Marketing Coordinator based in Manchester. The Graduate Marketing Coordinator will support the global marketing and product management team as we expand and grow with new products and services covering new markets. You will coordinate global conferences and events, including travel, logistics, exhibition stands and artwork etc. The Graduate Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team with Digital campaigns, CRM, website updates, socials, collateral and promotional items. You will support enabling the team to deliver their roles more effectively with administrative support. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Group with internal communications including newsletters, townhalls and social events. Key areas of responsibility:
- Play a key role in executing specific marketing strategies, programs and tactics to drive business expansion and growth across regions including:
- Coordinating Conferences/Tradeshows (for prospects, customers & distributors)
- Mailers - HubSpot campaigns and customer communications
- Webinars
- Social media campaigns
- Brochures / print & online
- Website maintenance (including customer portal)
- Internal communications
- HubSpot marketing automation platform – campaign content, delivery & reporting
- Assist with generating digital content using Adobe InDesign – designing brochures, flyers, social graphics etc
- Support with branding – branding guidelines, logos
- Maintain efficient stock of promotional branded merchandise and marketing collateral at HQ
- Supporting product management team with core tasks such as IFU formatting, labelling, translations, distribution of TEBs, customer feedback surveys.
- Marketing team administration such as purchase orders/invoicing
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of attention to detail is essential
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced environment
- Understanding of Digital platforms and social media (LinkedIn)
- Contributing to a customer centric culture
- Proactive team player and ability to collaborate cross functionally
- Strong IT skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Design Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud packages/ InDesign preferable
- Communication tools savvy – Teams / Zoom
- Confident, professional friendly can-do attitude
- Recent Graduate with a relevant Degree in Marketing or Life Sciences considered
- Experience working within a Marketing team is essential
