Graduate Product Owner - B2B AI Company - Hybrid Working - Nottingham - £40K My client, who specialises in Medical and Automotive AI Technology, is looking for a tech-savvy Graduate to join their team. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who loves to solve technical issues and communicates well with a variety of technical and non-technical individuals to understands their needs. The ideal candidate will ideally have a BSc or MSc in an IT related subject or have worked in a similar position with transferable skills. The role: Learning from Directors, Senior Developers and Research Engineers Liaising with clients throughout the software installation process Helping to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during software integration. Keeping up to date with technologies Full training provided with industry leaders to fully understand the product and software that is being used to build the product Contribute and share your ideas on how to improve products Regularly participating in meetings with the software development team where new features are added. Support clients in technical escalations visa live chat, ticketing, on the phone or video chats. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with the following skills: Knowledge of programming or scripting (ideally with Python, Java, C++, C# or similar).
