What the programme will look like: We are seeking 8 exceptional individuals to join us across Europe to be part of our new International Talent Programme starting in September 2023. During this unique programme you will explore the world of savoury snacks. In 3 years, you will have experienced various job rotations and get to know our Supply Chain and Logistics functions as well as Manufacturing Operations. You will experience where we produce our famous snacks, spending time in one of our production plants. You will also learn about the national and international dimensions of our business in a Regional (country level) and Group (International) in job rotations and/or projects. After the programme we expect you to move to a permanent manager or senior manager level role; this will be down to your performance and the potential you show us. You will be accompanied on your journey by your fellow peers as well as a dedicated buddy. The programme is sponsored by the highest-level Supply Chain and Operations Directors at Intersnack who you will have regular exposure to, as they have all chosen to be programme mentors. (UK Level 7) APICS certificate would be beneficial 2 years of work experience – it would be very beneficial if you have gained work experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing environment. Don’t worry if you haven’t, but we do want applicants that have worked and can show an understanding of a work environment e.g., working in teams, managing their conduct Personal drive and initiative Positive ‘can do’ approach Proven record to work together successfully with people of different backgrounds and hierarchy levels Very good communication skills, verbally and written Ability to quickly learn and adjust to new environments Strong results orientation Confident in using MS-Office standard software, ERP-understanding desirable Fluent in English and the local language of the country where you apply, further language skills as well as international experience is beneficial Ability to work in the UK or Europe – we are not looking to sponsor non-EU visa applications as part of this programme Willingness to travel and to move – the rotations will be in different locations.
