ABOUT THE ROLE About the role:The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. You will be responsible for projects ranging in value.Your role will include: Cost management, ensuring that the project remains within budget.Prepare tendering documentsProvide Contract Administration services.Be the main point of contact to clients throughout each phase. The role would ideally suit a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who is looking to push on with their career and become chartered through RICS.The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company, should they desire. REQUIREMENTS About the requirements: The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have completed a RICS accredited degree.Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisiteDynamic and enthusiastic is a must.
