We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in London. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting senior Quantity Surveyors in the preparation and management of budgets, cost plans, contracts, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior Quantity Surveyors in the preparation and management of budgets, cost plans, contracts, and procurement.
- Preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates.
- Conducting site visits to ensure work is being carried out to the required standards and within budget.
- Negotiating with contractors and suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assisting in the resolution of disputes with contractors and suppliers.
- Maintaining accurate records of costs and quantities.
Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant software, such as Excel and CAD, is desirable.
- A willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
