Description This an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded team and be responsible for providing a mix of end to end general administration support, wider coordination of Graduate Recruitment events and processes, and creative marketing support to the Graduate Recruitment team. The legal offering includes a Records & e-Discovery practice, as well as associates and paralegals in key practice and industry groups. The business services teams include client value, practice innovation, marketing, HR, IT, and finance roles. We have an open plan layout in the Leeds office, and an intra-department structure to allow individuals with different skillsets and experiences to work alongside each other to find new approaches to problem solving. It will ensure we can improve our services and increase efficiencies as well as redesign our processes.Responsibilities Graduate Recruitment administration; offer paperwork (Queen Mary Interns, Summer Vacation scheme, Training Contract), Trainee onboarding, and other ad-hoc tasks as required. Support the trainee qualification process. Maintain the Graduate Candidate Management System (Apply4Law); data input, candidate communication, etc. Creating and maintaining key performance and diversity metrics. Regular reporting on the entire Graduate Recruitment life cycle from candidate attraction to offer to retention, and present this in a visual format (as required). Maintaining up to date filing systems which comply with data protection legislation Coordinate assessment centre logistics; including diarising internally and with the candidates, room bookings and catering requirements, preparing candidate and assessor materials, creating the wash-up presentation, etc. Assist Graduate Recruitment with event administration e.g. open days, room bookings, catering, set-up and stationary, coordinating materials (PowerPoint slides, merchandise goodie bags, name badges, etc.) Assisting with the planning and execution of Milkround activities and Law fairs. Primarily responsible for creating and overseeing social media activity. Support with the brand ambassador recruitment process and sponsorship of university societies. Be a point of contact for student enquiries and maintenance of the Graduate Recruitment mailbox. Manage Insight scheme applications and onboarding. Coordinate Insight scheme supervisors, seating locations, Graduate Recruitment induction sessions. Process expenses on behalf of the Graduate Recruitment team e.g. travel expenses, graduate invoices. Regular meetings with the London Recruitment team, both one to one and full team meetings. Key Skills, Attributes and Experience Excellent organisational skills, administrative skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Excellent level of proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills and ability to work effectively with all organisational levels. Ability to maintain a proactive customer-service focus and attitude at all times. Able to work on multiple projects/priorities in a deadline-driven environment, remain calm in pressurised situations and adapt quickly to change. Acts as an ambassador for the Firm. Enthusiastic, can-do attitude. Capable of working individually and as part of a team.
