Graduate Recruitment Research Consultant: Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough research to find potential candidates and interviewing to assess suitability
- Identifying top performers and talent pools in the industry
- Forging relationships with clientele and regularly consulting high calibre FinTech professionals, to ensure their recruitment needs are met
- Mapping the market landscape and analysing competitors
- Generating new business through business development
- Sourcing candidates through proactive headhunting and networking
- Candidate engagement; communicating and interviewing candidates to establish position suitability
Graduate Recruitment Research Consultant: Requirements
- Impeccable academics; degree from a Top 40 university
- Excellent A Levels, ideally straight A’s
- Experience working in a professional environment through internships, placements & work experience
- An innate hunger for success
- Excellent communication skills in both the spoken and written form
