Our company are an Italian brand that bring craftsmanship and style to a full range of workwear and apparel, selling into merchants within the construction/industrial markets.
Originally conducting business within their home country, they now have a diverse portfolio of clients across Europe & are placing huge emphasis on driving their United Kingdom growth in 2024.
What is the role doing?
Joining as a Graduate Regional Sales Manager, the role will be split between new business and account management.
Inheriting around 30 existing accounts, you will work across the home counties (both north&south of London) to drive revenue growth within your client base, as well as go to market in a bid to find new merchants to sell into.
Day-to-day (Monday to Friday) will consist of face-to-face meetings across your geographical territory, with all travelling expenses paid for by the business.
There is no limit on the commission that can be earned in the role as you grow your account base, lending itself to be the perfect fit for a driven candidate that wants to progress their career & their bank account!
Who is right for this role?
The key attribute for success in this role is determination. Being the sort of person that would get up on a rainy Monday morning, full of energy & excitement to go and meet a prospective client in person.
There is no previous experience required, just the raw materials for success. Any graduate that considers themselves a strong relationship builder, with the right level of confidence and resilience, could succeed in this position.
What is the package on offer?
£25K base salary
£35k OTE (uncapped)
£5,000 per-year car allowance
