GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Graduate Tutor to work in Newcastle, focusing on students who exhibit challenging behaviour.
Job Summary:
This role requires a patient and resilient individual who can provide tailored educational support to help students achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 tutoring to students with challenging behaviour.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best educational outcomes for students.
The successful candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Proven experience working with students who have challenging behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
