Our 3-month training programme will get you up-to-speed with everything you need to know about recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. We have confidence in our people, so you’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.????????

The role????:
All our recruitment consultants start out as 180 delivery consultants.
We will train you to:
- Understand the requirements of our key clients
- Find candidates through job boards and advertising
- Qualify the candidates over the phone
- Manage your shortlisted candidates through the interview and hiring process
- Build a personal brand through online marketing and platforms like LinkedIn
You will then have the opportunity to go 360, meaning you:
- Work the full recruitment life cycle
- Generate leads and develop relationships with companies to win new business for yourself and Plexus
Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary!????
