Role Overview

Head of Marketing

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll possess strong creative skills and a portfolio which demonstrates your flair for illustrative design and typography. Working across multiple design platforms, you’ll be comfortable flexing between digital and print formats, adhering to our visual identity and upholding a meticulous attention to detail in and amongst a busy workload.

The Day to Day

  • Execute creative briefs and graphic needs across the business, delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team and act as a visual guardian, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all creative output.
  • Create compelling graphic treatment and typography that adheres to our strong visual identity.
  • Produce innovative logos, designs, print, digital media and scroll-stopping social graphics.
  • Brief freelance support as and when required.

You Should Apply If

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Graphic Design role or similar.
  • A keen interest in creative and visual identity.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Studio.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design ability.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating your experience to date.

The Interview Process

Stage 1 – Initial chat (30 mins). An introductory conversation with the hiring manager to learn more about yourself and your experience, and for you to find out more about the role.

Stage 2 - Task

Stage 3 – Formal interview (60 mins). The final stage is to present your completed task and an in-depth conversation with the hiring manger.
