The Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated graphic designer to join a hands-on and highly collaborative, global team, which is looking to expand its marketing capability. For almost 20 years T2RL Travel Technology Research Ltd has been a leading partner for airlines procuring technology and their technology suppliers. We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer, ideally who has experience of developing print and digital B2B campaigns, as well as online and in-person event graphics. We seek to raise the bar on creatively representing our unique data and bring our research and propositions to life for Airline IT and Distribution, and Technology Provider audiences. Responsibilities will include creating dynamic and coherent graphic design for products and services, report formats, infographics, animations, data visualisation, online campaigns and event branding. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. 


Responsibilities

 

 

  • Create and design various materials for digital and print based on creative briefs
  • Proofread to produce accurate and high quality work
  • Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
  • Advise best practices and optimisations throughout design projects.
  • Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
  • Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
  • Create a library of images aligned with the brand to use across design projects
  • Create dynamic and coherent brand design for new products, events and online items 
  • Establish, manage and communicate realistic deadlines for design deliverables
  • Present multiple design options with rationale, implementing feedback and changes where possible
  • Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality
  • Manage multiple projects within design specifications
  • Create visualisations that convey accurate messaging for the project
  • Keep up with design trends and software updates


 

Required qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Proficiency in programmes such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, QuarkXPress, DreamWeaver, WordPress
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in graphic design, ideally with experience in technology sector
  • Attention to detail
  • Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative B2B projects
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
  • Experience with both print and digital media
