The company also offers a portfolio of bandages and garments for the treatment of wounds and chronic skin conditions. Role Introduction

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join Clinisupplies, a fast-growing medical device organisation, as a Graphic Designer. Reporting directly to the marketing director:


We're looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media and this includes packaging and supply chain collaterals. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from brief to final deliverable. Collaborating across the company, the graphic designer should be able to create designs that connects and promotes our brand. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout across various channels and to multiple Internal and external stakeholders.

Objectives of this role

·      Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

·      Obtain input from Sales and Marketing teams managers to ensure that designs meet our standards and brand expectations.

·      Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload.

·      Ensure projects are complaint and approved utilising our business systems.

·      Be able to prioritise and management multiple design requests together.

·      Examine existing processes create solutions that improve design capabilities.

·      Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video with tracked version control.

·      Be comfortable working on confidential projects not always shared with the wider team.

 

Responsibilities

·      Collaborate and engage with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include print, web pages, social media presentations, conference stands, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.

·      Understand strategic direction and produce high-quality design adhering to our brand guidelines.

·      Work with third party providers to ensure externally created collateral is developed or maintained.

·      Manage the design and uploading process for all materials, using a content management system.

 

Required skills and qualifications.

·      Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

·      Experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills

·      Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred skills and qualifications

·      Experience in professional graphic design, preferably within preferably within a medical setting but not critical

·      Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline

·      Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript

·      Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems

·      Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
