Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a creative and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Creative Lead on a variety of customer-facing projects. Your responsibilities will include designing and creating high-quality work daily, while continuously learning and seeking new sources of inspiration.

We need someone who thrives under pressure and excels in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Our team is highly creative and always stays updated with current trends, so we are looking for someone who actively seeks inspiration to produce outstanding work.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for creative design and a positive, motivated attitude towards everyday tasks. We seek true creative flair and a passion for fresh, innovative design while maintaining our brand aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Create high-quality designs for various digital and print materials including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, POS and ads.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Ability to write copy to a good standard and understand writing for online channels.
  • Work with the wider team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for visual composition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in digital media.
