Job Title: GroundworkerJob reference: J83634Venn Group has been approached by a Social Housing contractor to recruit for a Groundworker on a temporary ongoing contract.As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Groundworker.The duties will include:Day to day Groundwork repairs on domestic propertiesFlagging, paving and concretingFencing installationsMinor Brickwork repairsLogging jobs on PDA / SmartphoneOrdering Materials Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on siteMust have own hand toolsEssential Skills / Qualifications:5+ Years’ ExperienceDriving Licence (Van Provided)Desirable Skills / Qualifications:NVQ or equivalent in Groundworks or BricklayingSocial Housing ExperiencePDA / Smartphone experience
