Sofina Foods are currently looking to grow their finance team following a period of growth and internal promotions. They are looking to add a Group Accounting Manager to their well established and successful finance team. As Group Accounting Manager you will have a real passion for driving success through business partnering and continuous improvement with a strong technical accounting background.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will oversee monthly management accounts for central functions, review performance reports, and facilitate European Group reporting. You will own accounting period controls, ensure compliance, and manage balance sheet reconciliations.
- Leading and supporting various projects, you'll drive consistency in accounting practices and cost allocation.
- Managing a team of 3 accountants/finance assistants, you'll ensure clean audit delivery and support year-end statutory accounts and tax computations.
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for an ACA qualified accountant with at least two years of industry experience, you will have strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills along with the ability to simplify complex financial information for non-financial colleagues. You should be a team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
