Ready to build your career in a rapidly growing Risk team?

As a Group Commercial Insurance Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and delivering our risk management strategy, striking the perfect balance between risk retention and transfer. Your mission is to ensure all our retail and non-retail businesses across various territories are equipped with the necessary statutory and contractual insurance policies, protecting our assets and liabilities from any insurable losses.

Your support of the group insurance department will be crucial in achieving our insurance goals. You’ll showcase your expertise, make informed decisions, and prioritise tasks effectively.

You’ll be the heart of our relationships with partners and colleagues, speaking with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance services. You’ll help execute our strategic plan aligned with our long-term framework and support others to meet business expectations.

Additionally, you’ll assist with renewing global and UK/Guernsey insurance policies and providing professional advice. Your support will guide key stakeholders in each territory regarding group and locally placed policies. You’ll ensure all necessary documentation and certificates are issued promptly, process premium and claims payments, and handle reconciliations and premium recharges as required.

To excel in this role, you’ll bring strong technical insurance experience and knowledge, ideally in property, casualty, and financial lines. Experience using analytics to influence insurance programme design, excellent organisational qualities, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel will set you apart. Building relationships with key stakeholders, insurance brokers, and insurers will be key for this role.

This role closes on 13th September 2024; however, we may close the advert sooner if we receive a high volume of quality applications. So don’t delay your application, apply now – you’ll be glad you did.
