Pure Executive are proud to be partnering on an exclusive basis with this highly successful, family-owned consumer goods business to recruit a new Group Finance Director to support their continued growth strategy.Reporting to the business owners, this is an exciting opportunity to help guide and shape the future success of the company as it enters a period of expansion and capital investment. As Group Finance Director you will be responsible for the financial management of these projects whilst overseeing the day-to-day financial management of the business.Our client is looking to appoint an experienced senior financial professional (Group Accountant/Finance Director/Senior Financial Controller) who has operated at Board level in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing strategic and commercial financial advice to shareholders and management whilst also being hands on in the detail to ensure strict financial control. Professionally qualified (ACA,ACCA,CIMA), you will be a confident and credible leader, skilled at stakeholder management and have an empathy for working with growing privately owned businesses.Main Responsibilities:Leading the finance team to produce timely monthly management accounts, stock and sales analysis reportsBudgeting and forecastingCash flow managementExternal reportingPayroll and pensionsLiaise with external advisors (audit, bank)Continuous improvement of processes and systemsDevelopment of the finance teams skills and ambitionsWe are looking for a collaborative and committed business partner with a positive attitude who enjoys working as part of an ambitious and forward-thinking team.
