Group Finance Manager, £65,000, Central London and Hybrid

We are working with an established membership body to find a Group Finance Manager that could lead the technical accounting team. Suitable candidates will be qualified accountants with Charity SORP and plenty of consolidated statutory accounts prep experience and will be able to lead the team day to day. Your Role

• Lead the process for the production and approval of all consolidated internal and external reporting and statutory accounts.
• Lead on balance sheet accounting, reconciliation and management including fixed assets and investments, restricted & endowment funds and intercompany charges & transfers.
• Lead the commercial finance relationship and business partnering for continuing commercial operations.
• Lead the treasury function including bank accounts (central and regional, credit cards and expenses, and cash flow reporting and forecasting.
• Own the VAT accounting and reporting processes and the relationship with external tax advisors (VAT and corporation tax)

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
• CharitySORP knowledge
• Experience of producing or auditing group financial statements
• Reporting and consolidation responsibility for a group
• Staff management would be ideal but not essential
• Able to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders
