Group Financial Controller required for a FTSE 250 Technology company in Berkshire, following a signficant period of change, growth and transformation, both organically and through acquisition.Key Responsibilities:- Ownership of all aspects of External and Internal Reporting- Ownership of the group consolidation (c.50 entities)- Oversight of Group Tax and Treasury- Management of third party relationships (banks / tax advisors / Audit partner)- Management of the SSC
