Group Financial Controller – Gaming

The Opportunity
A private equity backed business with an impressive growth trajectory and high-calibre management team is looking for a Group Financial Controller to transform the group finance function in advance of a private equity exit / potential IPO.
This role is No.2 to the Group CFO and will manage a finance team, encompassing accounting, reporting & control, tax, treasury and systems. Supported by a wider team, the Group FC will be the driver of change across the group, partnering with the business internationally to support/challenge and drive significant improvements in the finance function, which will include a system implementation, increased efficiencies and improvements in reporting and control. Alongside the finance transformation the role will work closely with the executive team to support them with timely and insightful reporting and will also lead on the integration of new acquisitions from a finance perspective and play a key role in an eventual sale/IPO.
You should be a high-calibre, technically strong senior Financial Controller with broad and deep experience of reporting, accounting, governance and controls, exec level reporting, business critical analysis and team leadership. You will be a strong communicator with a strong track record of driving change.
