Job Description
My client, a Glasgow based consultancy who are part of a well-established holding company are looking for a Group Head of HR on a full time basis to manage the growth and development of this market leading business. A successful candidate will hold an excellent reputation for develop and implementing policy and processes across the industry.
Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy- Develop the group strategy to include full integration plan, business KPIs, 3 year plan and acquisition-ready road map
- Oversee the whole recruitment strategy and selection
- Lead on HR policy and processes including contracts, ER, Staff Communications, Remuneration and Benefits and Payroll
- Learning and Development- Continue to develop and improve the induction and onboarding process for new starters, embedding appraisals processes etc.
- Senior member of the team- Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Data Management and Protection
Experience needed:
- Previous experience operating at this level and in management in the industry
- Degree and CIPD educated
- Team player, positive attitude and excellent organisational skills
