<div><h3>Great opportunity for a Group HR Manager</h3><p>Join this expanding global hotel company based in London. This is a brand new position reporting directly into the Group HR Director. The client has hotels in major European cities, the US, and Asia, with approximately 1200 employees worldwide.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ol><li>Identifying system efficiencies and reviewing HR processes</li><li>Working with the HRIS provider to ensure system readiness for business growth</li><li>Assisting the Group HR Director on complex employee relation cases</li><li>Chairing disciplinary and grievance hearings</li><li>Collaborating with General Managers on HR activities</li><li>Leading Hotel Managers and Head of Departments to enhance employee engagement</li><li>Contributing to global culture and people development initiatives</li></ol><p>This hands-on position will initially focus on system improvements for the first 6 months. The successful candidate should have a fun and positive attitude, a passion for enhancing the employee experience, and strong HR system knowledge. Hotel industry experience is a must.</p><p><b>Desired Skills:</b> Operational HR Business Partner or generalist HR Manager transitioning to a strategic/global role.
