We launched our first product, an award-winning sustainable sonic electric toothbrush, in 2022, and have sold to nearly 200k customers, across Europe and the US . Along the way, we have received many awards (Red Dot Design Award, DeZeen People’s Choice Award, Amazon Innovations Awards, Fast Company Most Innovative CPG Company, and more) and great organic press coverage (Wired, Monocle, The Times, The Independent, GQ, and more). We have a closely knit team of experts who have a strong attention to detail and willingness to think differently.
At SURI digital advertising is central to our growth. It’s the first point of discovery for millions of our future customers, and a core part of how they learn about SURI and its award-winning products. As a team, our aim is to create great advertising interactions for these people. What does that mean? We are inundated with ads throughout our days, across our feeds, apps and tv screens. A lot of it isn’t great. At SURI, we strive to create advertising that cuts through the clutter - not through click bait or gimmicks, but through compelling narratives that pique curiosity and persuasively tell our story. We want people to enjoy our ads, feel like they’ve learnt or questioned something, and of course, are motivated to make a change. To do this, we want to build an outstanding ad creative team, which is where this role comes in.
As Growth Creative Strategist you’ll report into the Director of Growth, and be responsible for the strategy and execution of our ad creative. You’ll run the ad creative squad to concept innovative ideas and bring them to life. Day to day you’ll be working with creatives (designers, videographers, editors) and growth marketers to create winning ads that help us engage customers and grow our business. Your week will be spent running ideation sessions, in editing feedback loops, analysing performance, script writing or being on shoots. We’re looking for someone with a strong creative background who is enthusiastic about using data analysis and performance insight to sharpen their work. You want to see the direct impact of your work, and are excited about the challenge of winning the creative game. Our goal is to have the best digital advertising out there, and you’ll be instrumental in helping us achieve that.
