Xcede are excited to exclusively work with an innovative ecommerce start-up, dedicated to disrupting the online retail landscape with their unique and high-quality products.
As their first Growth Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of their customer acquisition and retention strategies. You will develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms including SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, and partnerships.
- Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and optimize performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and sales to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- A/B testing and experimentation to continually improve campaign performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the retail/ ecommerce industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
