Position: Growth Marketing Lead , Permanent, Part time

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 pro-rata (for a 3-day work week)

Location: Windsor (Hybrid)

Reports to: Head of Organisational Health & Wellbeing

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Lead for a leading digital healthcare solutions company encompassing over 8 million paid users and 3000 corporations. You will drive revenue growth through strategic media, awards, and events. This role will focus on building awareness, generating interest, and converting prospects. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to develop and execute effective campaigns, with a key focus on prospect targeting, sales events, lead generation, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement promotional plans to identify and target key prospects, driving them into the top of the funnel.
  • Create and manage comprehensive advertising campaigns across multiple channels including print, digital, broadcast, and social media. Work with creative teams to produce compelling and on-brand content.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies.
  • Define market segments and evaluate the success of campaigns using key performance indicators.
  • Organize and manage a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive customer database.
  • Supervise the creation of various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and case studies.
