Job Description
Tungsten Automation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - ABM to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing highly-targeted marketing strategies that focus on specific accounts and prospects. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of ABM principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and marketing teams. This role is remote/home based in the UK with occasional travel to meet the team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage ABM campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and BDR outreach.
- Identify and segment key target accounts and personas in collaboration with the sales team.
- Create and deliver personalized marketing content and messages tailored to the needs and pain points of target accounts, leveraging ABM tools and technology.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and online events.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
- Ensure ABM campaigns are launched on time and within budget, meeting all defined objectives.
- Monitor and analyze ABM campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
