About the Role

Are you a growth-driven marketing professional looking to make a significant impact? As the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s marketing initiatives. This multifaceted role encompasses website management, CRM, content, paid advertising, events, and more. You will lead the charge in strengthening the company’s marketing channels, all handled in-house, with a focus on strategic planning and hands-on execution.

You will initially mentor a talented team of two marketing executives, with the intent to transition into a full management role as you guide and develop their skills, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Design and execute impactful marketing campaigns to drive measurable results, including pipeline growth and increased MQLs.
  • Website Ownership and Digital Journey Planning: Manage and optimise the website, crafting digital journeys to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • CRM and Customer Journey: Enhance CRM efforts by creating structured journeys for lead nurturing and customer onboarding.
  • Content Strategy Development: Leverage unique platform data to create a comprehensive content strategy across paid advertising, SEO, and social media.
  • Copywriting and Content Creation: Produce compelling copy and engaging content, ensuring effective messaging and storytelling.
  • Performance Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events to engage target audiences and boost brand awareness.
  • Structured Approach and Data Analysis: Implement a data-driven approach to optimize CRM and performance metrics.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and effectiveness.

Initial Key Tasks

  • Enhance CRM and Automate Customer Journeys: Collaborate with the product team to improve CRM structures and implement automated customer journeys.
  • Support Sales and Commercial Teams: Provide vital support through testimonials and promotional materials.
  • Develop Comprehensive Content Strategy: Utilise unique data to create and execute a content strategy across paid advertising, SEO, and social media.
  • Optimise Paid Advertising Structure: Streamline and enhance paid advertising efforts.

Success Metrics for 12 Months

  • Effectively structure and prioritise marketing efforts.
  • Identify the most effective channels for delivering leads, sign-ups, and activated customers.
  • Align the marketing team with the company’s growth objectives and strategies through effective coaching and mentorship.

This Role Will Suit You If

  • You have a broad understanding of marketing channels, including CRM, SEO, paid ads, and events, with strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • You can strategise digital journeys for customers and manage website operations.
  • You excel in event management and developing effective engagement strategies.
  • You are adept at conveying complex ideas to a less tech-savvy audience.
  • You have experience supporting sales teams and executing successful marketing campaigns.

This Role Might Not Be Right For You If

  • You are focused solely on performance marketing and paid acquisition channels.
  • You prefer a highly structured and process-driven environment.
  • You want a purely strategic role with no hands-on responsibilities.
  • You have never worked in a startup or scale-up environment (our client prefers candidates with this experience).
