Aloft! Well, you came to the right place… The position of Guest Service Supervisor ( GSS) has become available at Aloft Aberdeen TECA. Reporting into the Operations Manager/Guest Service Manager, you will be responsible for Guest Service, Reception, Food and Beverage, and all aspects of running day to day operations. The successful applicant for this role will have vast experience in similar role and deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care and be flexible to work both night and day shifts. We are looking for a Talent that has previous experience working in Front of House/ Bar, ideally you will have knowledge of Opera but it’s not essential as training will be provided! What Are We Looking For?We're looking for an individual who is:An experienced Reception / Food and Beverage Individual who has worked in a similar sized property or environment and will thrive on supporting the running of this very successful hotel.Aloft is an events hotel, right next to the biggest events complex in Scotland, P&J Live, so you will ideally have experience working with volumes but more than that you will enjoy being busy and are a great team player!Someone who is keen to learn and enjoys a variety of work environmentsPromote and develop loyalty for our hotel guests by reacting positively to their needs and providing an excellent level of personalised guest service.Great Leader or someone looking for that next step up!
