line-height: 115%;"><span style="line-height: 115%;">Encouraging participants to learn and reach their full potential for their individual needs and abilities in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. </span></li><li style="color: #333333; line-height: 115%;"><span style="line-height: 115%;">Communicate effectively with both children and their parents/guardians. </span></li><li style="color: #333333; line-height: 115%;"><span style="line-height: 115%;">Assisting with the creation of gymnastics activity lesson plans. </span></li><li style="color: #333333; line-height: 115%;"><span style="line-height: 115%;">Mentoring and providing support to Level 1 coaches. </span></li><li style="color: #333333; line-height: 115%;"><span style="line-height: 115%;">Implementing best practice training protocols in line with our standards, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.</span></li></ul><p style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="color: #333333;
