Job Description

London Business School are looking for a Handyperson - Maintenance Tradesperson to join our Campus Services & Estates team on a permanent basis. As a Handyperson - Maintenance Tradesperson you will be responsible general maintenance works around campus, i.e painting and general furniture repairs among a variety of other jobs You will also be responding to emergencies to completing planned maintenance work. Reporting to the Building Services Manager, you will operate across campus responding to emergencies and proactively improving our facilities. Please note that due to the nature of the role shift working is essential and one weekend day a month is required. High-quality support service provided to all stakeholders. Production of high-quality materials. Accuracy and integrity of data in business systems. Positive feedback from project managers. City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 minimum. Experience working within a building maintenance environment. Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems and/or databases.
