Principal Hardware Design Engineer
- Company Bonus: Up to £2,500, contingent on annual company performance.

We have an excellent opportunity for experienced Principal Hardware Design Engineers to join our highly skilled and dynamic Test Equipment Design Team. In this stimulating and rewarding role, you will support the design, integration, and validation of test system hardware solutions while advancing your career along an exciting path.
As a Principal Hardware Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include defining and specifying test approaches and identifying potential improvements to test and diagnostic processes. You will be involved in every stage of the design process, including the preparation of bids. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead work packages, manage assigned budgets, and lead your own team
We are looking for the following Experience:
- Familiarity with test requirements and techniques supporting the entire product life cycle.
- Experience in design proving and performance testing during development.
- Proficiency in environmental and EMC testing during qualification phases.
- Strong technical documentation skills related to test equipment hardware design.
- Experience in managing a small team and/or handling work packages is highly desirable.
