20Twenty Search is exclusively mandated by an A+ rated carrier in the UK who are seeking a Head of Underwriting for their delegated authority A&H business line.
The incumbent will lead the P&L and underwriting team for an existing portfolio of Schemes related business across the UK and deliver further underwriting profitable growth across niche product lines having a reporting line to the Chief Underwriting Officer for the wider business.
The ideal candidate will likely have deep experience across niche A&H business with proven underwriting track record and have a flair for building and maintaining account relationships with MGA's, clients, brokers and other key stakeholders. They will have track record in analysing the performance of partnerships, assessing key metrics and working with MGA's to optimise results.
