Here at ISS, as of the UK's premier and most celebrated Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are now looking to develop the technical resource dedicated to their major banking customer.

This account is high value, prestigious and high profile with the client's estate spanning retail and corporate, housing a variety of Assets.


This Asset Manager will be provide Technical expertise and Contract Management support to the UK Retail portfolio and act as point of escalation with the client engineering function in relation to UK Retail Branch Network.


The Retail estate sits at just over 300 sites across the height and width of the UK, and is serviced by mobile engineers from a central business unit.


In a nutshell, this role is intended to act as the Primary technical support around all things Assets, working closely with the Retail Account Team and to work in partnership with the central team to provide strategic direction and continuous contract improvement.


There is also a major emphasis on being customer facing, to the extent of presenting water tight business cases at Director level, and so the role requires a polished and professional candidate


This is a fantastic role for an ambitious individual to join a major account, which continues to grow, in a role which allows for excellent progression to senior management


Actions will include:


  • Monitor Planned, Reactive and Corrective Work Order Management status across the teams and overall Account to ensure work orders are completed within contract KPIs, ensuring there is no build up of overdue WIP work orders.
  • Deliver Business cases to the client around Assets effectively
  • Monitor all audit actions and support relevant teams in the closure within agreed timescales, and where applicable work to close out of any overdue audit actions.
  • Provide support and assistance to the operations team in effective resolution of risks to Retail Banking environments as noted on the risk register.
  • Support Above Base process to ensure that submissions are considered and actioned by client within required timescales.
  • Review rejected or on hold AB submissions so that there is a triage process which considers impact to client & to the employer if works are delayed or incomplete.
  • Receive CRES feedback in respect of all technical deliverables and take appropriate actions to deal with complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Be an active participant in reviewing existing and implementing new techniques to enhance the service to our clients.
  • Support further development of retail maintenance specification against client needs and changes to legislation & regulation.
  • Ensure effective escalation, communication and recording of risk to the operation of the Retail Banking environments within assigned region


We need from you:

  • Ideally a technical qualification and strong technical experience in relation to Asset Management
