Job Description:

TristoneNash is currently assisting a large housing provider in their search for a Head of Asset Investment and Financial Planning. The role primarily focuses on financial equity, investment planning, regeneration, rationalization, and treasury functions within the team.

Job Role:

The key responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy including the 5-year and 30-year financial plans.
2. Leading strategic investment planning and stock interventions.
3. Developing and delivering data intelligence strategies.
4. Accountable for the development and delivery of planned maintenance programs.
5. Partnering with the Treasury Team to align investment programs with financial metrics.
6. Leading the development of asset standards to future-proof existing homes.

Experience Required:

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in asset management database management.
• Carbon literacy and knowledge of environmental sustainability practices.
• Demonstrable experience in asset optimization and investment program management.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences.
• Experience in leading small teams and driving innovation projects.

Additional requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and operate spreadsheets and databases for real-time data management. A valid driving license and willingness to travel for meetings are also necessary.
