We are working with a high growth Health and Wellness brand looking for a visionary Head of Brand and Creative to shape their digital-first marketing strategies and drive their global expansion.
Our client, a rapidly growing premium health and wellness company, is seeking an entrepreneurial marketer to lead on all things creative. They’ve achieved outstanding success in their first year of trading, and now they’re ready to scale even further with the help of an exceptional new marketing team.
The Head of Brand and Creative will:
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
- Spearhead digital marketing efforts, focusing on brand identity, content creation, and engagement across multiple social platforms.
- Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and exceptional content quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative initiatives with business objectives.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Requires Skills and Experience:
- Creative thinker with a passion for pushing boundaries in brand development.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in innovative DTC environments.
- Expertise in social media management and content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Snap, and YouTube.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
