Head of Global Brand and Marketing - Essex/Herts Border commutable by M11 - £65 - £70k DOE.

The role As the Head of Brand and Marketing, you will be responsible for the go-to-market messaging & positioning of not just an established product range but a new cutting-edge development, that will change the space they specialise in!
Are you a passionate Head of Brand / Marketing who loves working across all channels and can create cool campaigns that create a frenzy of interest?!
You will be able to think creatively whilst being commercially minded; you will act as the customer's voice and drive this brand's marketing and communication strategy to a new level.
Not for the faint-hearted, you will be confident in your passion to drive your marketing team to break down the “norm” and create new concepts. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you will be given full autonomy and be working directly with the Managing Director, who is heavily invested in developing their marketing reach. Every day will be different; one day, you will meet ambassadors, and the next, you will implement creative activation campaigns! You must want to lead by example, thrive in an energetic environment and be ambitious in driving the marketing strategy to achieve global brand awareness!!!
You will be the sales team’s best friend, equipping them with offline & online marketing to sell successfully. Your role will be split across strategic planning, leading the marketing team, creating cutting-edge activation campaigns, being the face of the brand and delivering insight and tools that enable product and commercial success.
Responsibilities:
Creating, implementing and managing the brand's digital and traditional marketing strategy.
Assessing and identifying the best promotional activity across multiple channels.
Implementing and activation of national and international brand campaigns.
Manage the implementation of digital and marketing campaigns, including product launches and brand activations.
Managing the marketing budget and reporting on ROI.
Leading and managing the wider marketing team.
Managing relationships with external partners.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
Ambition and drive along with commercial acumen.
Established experience in product marketing.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives, and attending external meetings with ambassadors, customers and partners.
Creative in problem-solving and have strong written and spoken communication.
