What you'll be doing… Do you want to work in a successful, dynamic FinTech business where marketing innovation and excellence are at the heart of our success?   Job Purpose:   Go.Compare is looking for an experienced and inventive Head of Brand & Campaigns to join our Marketing Team. You will have the opportunity to shake up convention and to work on an established brand in new and original ways. Working with an inspiring team, you will have the people and the tools to enact real change on a brand recognised by millions & will play a pivotal role working across all departments, to make sure we deliver amazing experiences that really live up to our brand promise to customers, employees and partners.   Reporting into the Director of Marketing, you will improve brand awareness, brand preference and relevance and brand CRM strategies; trialling new approaches so we continue to learn and grow, as well as evaluating the success of our marketing activities. You will be a guardian of the Go.Compare brand and use your proven creative flair to challenge the status quo. Experience that will put you ahead of the curve… You will be an experienced brand marketer who has experience of launching successful, direct to consumer campaigns You will be at home operating at a ‘head of’ level and can apply your broad knowledge of media, creative and CRM – strategy, planning and execution to create new and innovative campaigns Extensive creative and media agency management Good knowledge of current research methodologies and campaign performance evaluation Experience managing a team What's in it for you… We have a number of awesome perks available to our staff.  We offer huge opportunities to learn and develop, whether through professional qualifications, exposure to incredible business projects or informal lunch & learns, hosted by your colleagues.
