Coco & Eve was founded in 2018, capturing the spirit of Bali with clean, vegan beauty products, sprinkling its magic across all of our innovative formulas. With 22 beauty awards and operating in 38 countries across retail, Amazon & our direct channel, we are set to continue our rapid growth. From haircare, suncare and skincare, we combine clinically proven actives with tropical goodness and a sustainable beauty focus.

In 2024, we have a product launch pipeline with 15 product launches across 8 key moments plus we are launching the brand instore with top global retailers. It will be the biggest year for Coco & Eve in the brand's history.

About the Job

As the Head of Brand at Coco & Eve, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the brand and product launch and marketing strategy across global markets. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for orchestrating innovative marketing campaigns, managing brand activations, and spearheading product launches to enhance brand presence and achieve commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet commercial targets and enhance brand equity.
  • Lead a team of 12 marketing professionals in areas such as social media, influencer engagement, brand marketing, and design.
  • Drive the creative direction, strategic positioning and execution of new product launches, ensuring alignment with market needs and brand values.
  • Manage and execute 360-degree global marketing campaigns from concept through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product Development, Digital, Customer Experience, and Operations.
  • Oversee the brand's social media strategy, particularly focusing on growing TikTok reach and community engagement. Utilise platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to enhance organic reach and customer interaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies and content creators globally to secure top-tier media coverage and innovative content collaborations.
  • Champion the brand's presence in new territories, working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful market entries.
  • Manage budgets for campaigns and activations in line with objectives.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial culture within the team, emphasising innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in brand management, social media, and marketing within the beauty industry.
  • At least 5 years of management experience, preferably leading large teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies and executing record-breaking campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow influencer relationships and execute impactful PR strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in using data to drive brand decisions and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experience in managing a global brand with a deep understanding of various international markets, particularly the US, UK, Europe, and Australia.
  • Creative thinker with a performance marketing mindset, adept at operating under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
