Founded in 2015, the founder-owned brand has become a big hit globally, achieving eight-figure revenue direct to consumers via its website, and is the fastest-growing jewellery brand in the UK, with a team of 65 people.



The Head of Brand Creative will report directly to the Brand Director and work closely with other Heads of Departments. They will be responsible for all aspects of brand, creative, and content, with several direct reports including Brand Creative Manager, Campaign Manager, and Social Manager. The Head of Brand Creative will play a key role in the team, as the most senior position in the creative department, developing the brand creative strategy as well as managing monthly campaigns creative, photoshoots, product launches, and creative output across all channels.



Key Responsibilities:



A visionary leader with full accountability and responsibility for the brand's creative & content strategy across all channels
Work closely with the founder & Brand Director to define and enhance the brand vision, tone of voice, look and feel. Helping create a refined set of Brand Guidelines and vision for the future
Development and execution of the brand creative & content strategy, across all channels
Managing all brand content production, including in-house photoshoots, third-party photographers and content creators
Managing the production of website and email-related content, including product stills, videos, animations, banners etc
Development and execution of brand TOV and copywriting strategy
Working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing and Head of Influencer Marketing to create, plan and execute new campaigns.
Work closely with the wider team to champion the above and act as brand guardian ultimately responsible for delivering and staying on track with the brand's creative vision.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute, enhance, and elevate the brand content and campaigns - championing creativity and innovation, producing scroll-stopping visuals within a crowded marketplace
Oversee the planning, organisation, and execution of key campaign creative look & feel, photoshoots
Have a great understanding of all future products ensuring the marketing communicates/visualises the key selling points and design development. Also, play an active role in product innovation and brainstorming sessions
Take a data-driven approach to creative, focussed on driving performance through better creative, such as Facebook ads and website banner optimisation.
Be responsible for the annual creative budget.
Promote a safe environment for open critique and feedback within the team.
Collaborate with other department stakeholders to help evolve the business's creative process.



Requirements:



7+ years of related experience in a fashion/beauty/luxury in-house brand creative team
3+ years of people management and team leadership experience
An exceptional portfolio of work; demonstrable experience developing brand creative strategy with experience in development across video/animation, photography stills, digital, performance creative, and retail
Experience in overseeing creative vision across teams
On-set photography experience, art direction, photo/video editing, cropping, and retouching with a keen eye for detail
Expertise in up-to-date social media environments and creative best practices on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and eCommerce channels
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, regarded as an effective and attentive manager
Vert strong critical thinking, project management, and organisational skills
In-depth knowledge of appropriate usage of the latest versions of Adobe Suite
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a very fast-paced environment
A perfectionist with exceptional attention to detail
Highly driven and self-motivated to develop an industry-leading iconic global brand identity for one of the most visual, fastest-growing, and innovative personalisation brands in the world.
