Head of Brand & PR (Contract) | Hyper-Growth Enterprise Software | EMEA (remote)
Harmonic is proud to be retained by a Hyper-Growth enterprise software that is looking for an accomplished Head of Brand & PR with experience in b2b SaaS or Enterprise Software marketing. The company have grown drastically in Q1 to their delight and is looking for a candidate to start immediately. They are becoming an established brand within the communications space in EMEA and are at the beginning of a global expansion plan.
Having gained global recognition for its high-quality innovative SaaS product, the business is looking to build on this success. With Revenue exceeding $100 million, a headcount of over 600+ people and an incredible value proposition, this company is delivering sustained exponential growth in the next 12 months globally despite the challenging macroeconomic climate.
This role would best suit someone who would like to have a leading role in scaling a hyper-growth company. The headquarters is based in mainland Europe, and its office space supports the company culture to provide a beautiful work environment where creativity and people thrive, but this role is remote.
Key stakeholders/teams for the role:
CMO, product, product marketing, demand generation, customer success.
Role
PR/Comms - working alongside the Director Brand & PR and our global PR agency partner to activate our PR programme for 2023 Q1 & Q2
Responsibilities will include managing review and approval process for PR story lines, releases, copy.
Reporting/measurement
Setting up PR campaigns in SFDC, coordinating UTMs and tracking with agency
Managing approval process between agency, product, Director and CMO as needed
Helping to manage our spokespeople programme
Help to manage our joint customer marketing programme to utilise case studies and content for PR, website, social purposes.
Blog - work with the website content/performance manager to align our blog topics to our core messaging and themes
Social media
manage social calendar and feedback, approval of weekly social posts
Contribute to creative ideas and innovation of our platforms and keep a pulse on what works well/what doesn’t
Manage the reporting and weekly reviews with agency and implement recommendations to grow our following and engagement
Launch Instagram channel with agency
Events
Support Director with our all All Hands event in March with what is needed from Brand and PR
Support Director, Brand & PR to coordinate all events - virtual, in person and third party
Work with Director on developing keynote and speaker content for events that aligns to our messaging house and core thought leadership topics and themes
Ad-hoc
Support with launch of new products and comms around this
Support with sales enablement initiatives and content
Support with creating google slide templates for presentations, speaker opportunities
Support with campaign set up and tracking in Salesforce
Skills & Experience
3+ years of B2B marketing/comms experience, preferably in SaaS/PaaS
Experience developing and implementing integrated PR/Comms campaigns
Experience managing agencies
Experience managing website content (CMS), blog content and social channels, google analytics and social channel analytics.
Experience managing events - virtual, in person, trade shows etc
Experience reporting, measuring and optimising campaigns
Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and communication skills
Ability to quickly create content including emails, website copy, blogs, videos, social content and more
Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and with limited oversight to accomplish objectives and evaluate results
Strong knowledge of marketing and comms best practices
Preferred experience and proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM solutions, email marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM
Preferred experience or understanding of content syndication and Paid PR sponsorship opportunities and advertorials.
Experience with Salesforce
Framer or CMS experience (no coding experience required)
Day Rate: £200 - £300
Start date: ASAP
