My client who is an established performance venue in London are looking for Head of Catering to join their team. With upcoming and new exciting projects in the pipeline the Head of Catering will be responsible for the full front of house catering operation, overseeing 4 individual sites, established catering, a variety of events and food let catering bars.

Main responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility of the delivery of all catering and retail operations in the venue
- Develop and lead a high performing, motivated front of house catering team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining effective relationships with a complex mix of clients, suppliers and stakeholders
- Responsible for the recruitment and training of all full time, freelance and casual staff
- Contribute to strategic business planning with ideas for growth and development in new areas
- Keeping up with latest trends within the food and beverage industry
- Health & Safety and Food Hygiene compliance across all events
- Create and implement SOPs across the business
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience within a similar catering role is essential
- Working within a multisite business at GM / head of department level
- Knowledge of the catering industry is essential
- Ability to build, manage and motivate a team
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience managing budgets
- Stakeholder management
