  • Proposals: Develop integrated, full-funnel proposals that meet client and agency briefs, leveraging knowledge of Brand and DR activity.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including Data Intelligence and Planning, Social and Web Editorial, Marketing, and Communications, to develop and deliver pitches.
  • Strategic Development: Utilise senior contacts within your agency portfolio to strategically develop our business.

  • Internal Relationships: Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders in both Manchester and London.
  • P&L Management: Effectively manage the P&L for the region, regularly appraising and forecasting performance.
  • Commercial Objectives: Work with senior management to define and achieve commercial objectives for the northern region.
  • Team Building: Over time, look to develop a team of highly talented and performance-driven individuals to establish our Northern office as an important commercial hub.
  • Product Rollout: Oversee the successful rollout of new products and capabilities to clients.
  • Representation: Represent LADbible Group at relevant client-facing events.

Skills and experience we’d like you to have

  • Strong knowledge of digital and social media, with a well-versed background in developing commercial strategies with clients.
  • Exceptional understanding of the northern client/agency region with senior contacts within the North in trading, planning, strategy, and partnerships.
  • Excellent storytelling abilities with a planning mindset to create industry-leading pitches.
  • Proven ability to sell to key contacts and win new business.
  • Leadership and technical skills to drive high levels of year-over-year growth.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving digital and social space with complex products.
  • Prepared to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with project management, ad operations, and delivery teams
