An International Gaming PLC are looking for their next Head of Commercial Finance in their London office. This will be an integral role within the business, delivering best in class business partnering support and challenging performance KPIs against targets and forecasts. This role will have direct contact to senior stakeholders and report straight into the CFO.What you’ll be doing:Drive periodic commercial budget and forecasting processesEnhance and challenge performance KPIs against targets and forecastsLeading an established commercial team of 3; provide further coaching and mentoringBusiness partner with the marketing and operations teams and provide opportunities to improve margin and/or reduce cost base are maximisedSupport the CFO on an ad hoc basis including the identification and delivery of new profit improvement initiativesWhat we are looking for:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)In-depth commercial finance experience; previously partnered with senior commercial stakeholdersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience of leading a team to improved performance Ideally having worked within the gaming/tech/media space with exposure to a fast paced environmentThis is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to step up into a more senior role and be at the heart of decision making and improving the performance of this already successful business.
