Head of Commercial – Highly Regarded Law Firm - £Excellent
My client is a highly-regarded law firm of exceptional quality. It has a great reputation for its corporate and commercial work and is looking to expand its commercial services offering in particular.
The firm has an outstanding opportunity for you as a commercial lawyer to work closely with the Head of the Corporate & Commercial department in servicing existing clients’ needs. The lead partner, with whom you will work closely, is highly respected and recognised as a ‘next generation partner’ by the legal directories.
There is ample opportunity for you to develop your skills and specialism in this excellent team. The team has an ambitious growth plan in terms of number of lawyers, types of clients and fee income to move them up in terms of mid-market work and expanding into new service lines.
The Corporate and Commercial team is experienced in acting for private limited companies, owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors across all forms of company and commercial work. There is a large focus on collaboration within the firm and you will be working in tandem with teams outside of yours.
