As the Head of Commercial and Development, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a diverse mixed-use portfolio and driving strategic initiatives for growth.


We are looking for a logical and inspiring leader with a passion for property to oversee the department.


You will be managing a small team and be responsible for the departmental budget to maximise rental income and minimise voids whilst ensuring the standards of the department are in line with the company’s core values.


Key Responsibilities include:

· Oversee portfolio to ensure it is managed effectively and professionally

· Responsible for development projects and property acquisitions/disposals.

· Manage and monitor Service Charge budgets

· Maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

· Lead strategic projects to enhance commercial business aspects and increase profitability.


Qualifications and Skills:

MRICS qualified or equivalent, with a proven track record in commercial property management and development oversight.

Desirable skills include decision-making, organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Remuneration Package:

The role carries a competitive basic salary, of up to c£60,000, depending on experience your experience. Company car, or car allowance plus discretionary bonus.


The environment offers are culture approved work life balance, hybrid working, and office hours are 9.00am -5.30pm.


Annual holiday entitlement of 25 days which increases to 30 over a 5-year period.
